The linen was filthy. The towels had stains and hair. The pillowcases had other people‘s hair on them. The amenities in the hotel was nice this hotel also wanted cash deposit instead of utilizing a credit card that should be made known in advance. Most people don’t carry cash these days.

You get what you pay for. This is the quintessential definition of a cheap crack motel, where plenty of drugs, prostitution, and other shenanigans occur. It’s the kind of place where some people live here. The rooms are bare and a mess. Comforters have cigarette burn holes, floors are damaged, and beds are like concrete. WiFi is slow and unreliable. Housekeeping will also go through your room when you aren’t there and take your things. They want a $50 cash only deposit and don’t mention it anywhere until you check in, forcing you to walk next door to the liquor store for the ATM. The owners live there and are very unfriendly and have zero grasp of the basic concepts of customer service. One of them doesn’t even speak English. Stay here at your own risk. Families with kids not recommended at all. You’ve been warned.

The shower knob was broken. And i was told they would switch me to another room in the morning. Everthing concerning your service was amazing I went through two other apps that Miss booked the dates and ended up charging my card which I had to end up canceling until I was able to go through you guys and actually book my room thank you very much

Door wouldn’t lock inside or even shut. Told manager on duty and he said it’s normal. Wouldn’t even give me another room until I told him I’d write a review. It was definitely a safety thing and it’s not in a good area. Manager didn’t care at all. I had to go to my room and show him a video of the whole thing. He wouldn’t even do to the room to see. It was crazy

Staff was rude waant told about a deposit before i arived came knocking on door at 7 am woke me up to ask if i would be checking out today. Couldn't fall back asleep room was dirty bed was lumpy bad experience with my whole stay.

Changed their deposit amount without notice. When I asked when that changed because it wasn't like that last week he told me "if you don't have the money then no room" and literally turned the light off and shut the door in my face.

The room was very dirty and the floor tiles were peeling up off the ground, there were holes in the wall and a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor on arrival. We had to give an extra $10 deposit to have a second key for the room, which we did, but the second key didn't work even after taking it back to the office to get fixed it still didn't work. The one good thing is that the room was very affordable but at the cost of everything else. The bed was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable and I didn't dare use the bedding that was there I brought my own to put on top.

Gave me a hard time checking in asking for a $50 deposit instead of the minimum deposit stayed in the office for a while then they let me get the minimum deposit to check in but when I checked in the bed sheets and covers dirty had to stress the landing and clean up the shower curtains need to be changed and shower needs to be clean the housekeeper is not really cleaning
