Welcome to your peaceful retreat in LA's Winsdor Hills neighborhood. With contemporary features, our spacious, 3-bedroom home offers indoor/outdoor living at its finest. Your group will have plenty of room to relax with a living room, separate den, lush zen garden & multi-tiered backyard. Enjoy views of the city and a quiet serenity that's hard to find in the middle of the bustling city. Whimsical elements mix with modern amenities, offering you the ultimate in comfort & relaxation.
Location is everything, and this property is centrally located in LA, offering easy access to all the sights! The house sits on a crest that overlooks the surrounding city & hills.
All of the living space is on the main street level, including a front living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. The oversized den in the back has a huge SmartTV, bar, another fireplace, piano, and workstation. It opens to the top deck, perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The living areas are surrounded by windows for maximum interior light and views. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, all the conveniences and comforts of home, and opens to the the dining room, with seating for 6.
The primary bedroom features a plush King bed, SmartTV, and large closet. The second bedroom has a Full-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 Twin-size beds.
There are two bathrooms, with easy access from all three bedrooms: one bathroom has a shower/bath, and the second has a tiled shower.
The multi-tiered backyard is really the star of the show! Complete with several decks & seating areas, lush landscaping, BBQ grill, fire pit, and plenty of seating to enjoy that perfect meal al fresco. With city views, your group can enjoy dinner, some wine and catch that perfect sunset over LA.
The home is full of charming touches and colors evoking the multi-faceted whimsy of LA. We hope you enjoy our zen retreat and truly make it your own!
You’re renting the entire house and back yard/outdoor area. Please note there is no guest access to the garage. The property caretaker may need to enter the garage and/or yard during the day using the separate exterior entrance. We will give advance notice if this occurs.
Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping.
CITY REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
(we don't make the rules, but we do follow them!)
**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund. The house is equipped with outdoor cameras and noise decibel monitoring which alerts the host in real time if noise levels become excessive.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Daytime occupancy is 12 people.
- Overnight occupancy is 7 people.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS
- Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Any signs of pets on the property will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING
- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.
CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guests will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
● $99: 1-29 nights
● $450: 30-59 nights
● $150: each additional 30-night block
