The room was horrible, the tv was broken half screen smashed , the refrigerator was not working, there were not enough towels, parking was full of scetchy people, and it ac not working properly . No breakfast ugh

No the door wouldn’t lock and the front desk attendant kept my deposit because he “upgraded my room” when I never asked for it and didn’t even upgrade anything.

Upon arrival there was no fitted sheets on the bed, the air conditioner was broken, there was no soap for us to wash our hands, the bathroom had stains on the wall, the towels that were provided also had stains on them, there was a burn in the blanket and the room smelled of smoke despite the room being listed as non smoking. We had to ask for extra towels and hand soap and were given towels that still had stains on them. The WiFi did not work and would turn off and have to be reconnected throughout watching a movie. There were two roaches found, one in the living area near the tv as well as in the shower on night one. Photos can be given if needed.
