Chestnut Suite with pool & hot tub

Step into the shared hot tub for a nighttime dip on the softly-lit poolside patio surrounded by blooming vines. This light-filled, recently renovated suite has a private entrance and private connected bathroom.

The tranquil compound is within easy reach of the beach for sunset strolls. Tucked away in residential Wrigley, downtown Long Beach and urban Los Angeles are not far away for world-class shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

This is a private rooftop suite on top of a two-story house that is accessed by a spiral staircase.

A professional interior decorator with impeccable taste led a ground-up renovation of the Suite and the entire property in 2023. Everything is brand new; furniture, appliances, Smart TV, decor AND freshly renovated; new paint, carpet, tile, windows and doors.

Our family lives on the bottom floor of the house, and we rent out other spaces to guests on the property.

Guests have shared access to the beautiful pool, hot tub, back yard and rooftop deck.

NEW - A driveway parking space is reserved for you in front of the house.

Host lives on site and will be present throughout the visitor’s stay to answer any questions via the AirBnB app.

The property is nestled in the heart of the historic residential Wrigley neighborhood in Long Beach. It's safe, close to the beach, close to downtown Long Beach, and not too far from all of the fun in Los Angeles and Orange County.

Driveway parking space is now dedicated for guest use.

We have a strict no-party policy. We consider a party any gathering of people at our home who are not listed on your booking. A party is a violation of our house rules and will be reported to AirBnB to have the stay cancelled without a refund.
- 1. I've put a lot of love and care into creating a comfortable space. Please just respect the space.
- 2. No Smoking or drugs inside.
- 3. Please turn off the Air Conditioner/heater, lights and the TV when leaving the room. It is not economical to have it running all day.
- 4. No Photo Shoots, No Filming.
- 5. No events, parties or large gatherings (no extra guests for pool/spa).
- 6. Please let us know if anything is broken so we can repair or replace for the next guest.
- 7. No pool/spa after 10PM. The main backyard is a common area, for all guests to share and use the pool, spa and fire pit - so just use common sense.
- 8. Driveway parking space is now dedicated for guest use.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned condo, featuring a refrigerator and a microwave. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker.
