Peter was a great host! Very accommodating and fast to communicate with answering any of our questions. House could use a little updating but overall was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet but the street in front is busy. Definitely recommend if you have a team coming in for a tournament in the area.

Great LA Launching Pad for a Group

This is a large, 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom space with 2 full kitchens, one in each level. It works very well for a large family or other group exploring the LA region (ours was a school trip). There is a large enough space to all meet together, but there are also enough rooms to get some time apart if you need to. It's an older building, but well cared for and comfortably furnished.The area isn't in LA proper, but it is close to restaurants, a Walmart, and a Costco.The host is very helpful and accommodating, knowledgeable about the area and understanding of group needs.
