They were in the middle of remodeling. Off the bat they asked for a cash deposit which wasn't described in the booking (they said they would waive it because I didn't have cash). The room they gave us had new carpet, beds, and paint. However, there were holes cut into the walls (for wiring?), the beds were thin and very hard, and none of the tvs worked(which they did warn us about when we checked in).The outside landscape was destroyed and covered in dust from the renovations. Within an hour of being there, we had a cockroach running around on the floor (still daylight, lights on inside, us walking around -this guy was running around without a care). We handed them back the keys. They offered us another room, but that was enough for us not to stay there. We found somewhere else to stay for our trip. They were unwilling to refund any of the three days we prepaid for. DO NOT GO HERE!

We stayed for 3nights and it was overall really great. They are still in the works of remodeling some of the rooms but our room was nice and clean. We will stay here again one day when we are in town!

I liked the staff, disliked the stay. The guy who checked us in was nice, but when we got through the room everything was filthy. I didn't sleep well, the bed was gross, the floor was dusty, the bathroom wasn't clean, The door was tacky, but still locked.

Great for the price

Great for the price. They were working on improvements to property during my stay. I was pleasantly surprised how well the room looked and with the large size of the bathroom and walk-in shower. The TV could be synced to the phone but I didn’t use that option.

Nice and cozy

I really enjoyed my stayed at Courtesy Inn. The location was easy accessable. The staff made easy to check in/ no hassle. I would recommend it.
