This house really is the perfect spot for families or couples who want a cute little spot in the Hollywood Hills, but who also want to jump on the 101 and be in the center of it all within minutes. It’s also perfectly situated between all of the major studios if you happen to be here for work. Recently renovated from top to bottom - to put it simply - it’s an unbelievably charming home nestled at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Jump in the pool, watch the sunset on the porch, have wine by the fire, and play games with your friends. You’re in The Hills…Live it up!

Guest Access:
Entire space is included in this rental except for locked closets and doors. The garage is being used by the owner for storage and is not accessable. Please, make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is residential, calm, and quiet and yet just one minute away from the 101. LA traffic can be difficult, but being right off the 101 makes things so much easier. You can also walk up to the Hidden Staircase which will take you on a hike to Runyon Canyon.

Zip down to Hollywood, Silverlake, Korea town, and downtown Downtown LA. Or shoot up to the Valley, Burbank, Studio City, or Sherman Oaks

Getting Around:
The neighborhood is very friendly! There is a SECRET STAIRCASE at the end of the cul-de-sac where you can hike Runyon Canyon.

Parking: 3 cars can comfortably fit in the driveway. There is also parking along the house-side of the street.

Uber/Lyft: Use ride sharing to avoid drinking and driving.

Subway: Believe it or not, we have a subway! Uber to the subway in Hollywood and get back and forth to places like Downtown without getting stuck in traffic!"

- NO PARTIES (this includes the guests. If any of the guests are staying up all night playing music and being disruptive than it is a party)
- NO LOUD MUSIC
- NO MUSIC BY THE POOL PAST SUNSET
- NO MUSIC ON THE ROOF EVER
- ROOFTOP QUIET HOURS START AT 10pm (even talking echos throughout the neighborhood so please be respectful)
- ENTERING AND EXITING - Loud cars, drunk guests entering/exiting are disruptive.
- BEING RUDE TO THE NEIGHBORS- You will be asked to leave.

If you break any of these rules you will be asked to leave. The neighborhood is on high alert and police will be called. Remember you're staying in a home on a residential street. Please treat the space and the neighbors with respect. Otherwise you will be EVICTED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND $1000 NOISE FINE.

***POOL HEAT is an additional $200 a day. You’ll have more information in your welcome email, but it takes some time to heat up so let me know before you arrive if possible.***

***HIGHWAY 101: Because we are near the highway there is a slight hum of traffic in the back yard. It’s light, but I want to be transparent in case there is a guest who is incredibly sensitive. It’s not honking, but you can hear cars hum in the distance ***

For security purposes, there are outdoor security cameras & ring cameras. There is a noise monitoring device outside to monitor noise levels. We will notify you if noise levels exceed limit.

Jacuzzi & yard maintenance occurs once a week. Details will be in your welcome emails.

Interaction with Guests:

You will be able to self check in upon arrival.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
Guests will find features like internet access, onsite parking, and a car charging station.
