Nice updated house. But the tenant situation is a little weird. You can see them everytime you enter/exit the house because they leave blinds open, and the kitchen and living room walls are shared. Could be better cleaned. Linens are not clean. We had a situation with dirty linens and a cleaning lady came (unannounced) to change them but those new sheets weren’t very clean either and there’s hairs on the box spring and under the headboard area looks like it’s not regularly cleaned. No washer/dryer. Noisy area, right against a main road, and not sure if the tenant or neighbors were loud or there was construction or what but there was constant banging during the day. It was good enough since we weren’t there much but if you’re planning to stay there the whole time, it could be better.

This house exceeded my expectations! It's exactly as shown, with stunning decor and furniture. Kitchen equipment is comprehensive, bed is lovely, and neighborhood is fantastic. Pool is gorgeous, and owner communication is super easy. One minor improvement: installing a washer and dryer would make it flawless.

A great property. Nice and clean and good value for the area. My only complaint was I wish I knew the pool ahead of time wasn’t heated as it was unusable for the time I was in town.
