The check-in process was surprisingly smooth and efficient, and I appreciated being able to check in ahead of time. However, my experience took a turn for the worse as soon as I stepped into the lobby, which had a strong and unpleasant odor. The carpet in the rooms was visibly dirty and seemed to be in dire need of replacement. Even wearing slippers, I could hear a sticky sound with each step, which was quite off-putting. To make matters worse, the motel only had one iron available for the entire property, which seemed inadequate. Hopefully, they can address these issues to improve the overall experience for future guests.
