Hermosa Beach, 30 min from downtown L.A. and 15 minutes south of LAX. Coastal Living and Sunset Magazines rate Hermosa a top beach. It's a wonderful home on the beach located in the finest area of Hermosa Beach. The views & sunsets are so relaxing.

It is a 2 minute walk to two delightful restaurants - Martha’s (breakfast/lunch) and The Bottle Inn (lunch/dinner/wine bar). The Green Store - open early to late, has it all. True local favs. It’s an 8 minute walk to Pier Plaza with a large variety of restaurants and shopping. Target, Nordstrom, and Costco are within a 10-20 minute drive.

The Presidente is designed in a fresh clean style. The home has a full open kitchen with granite countertop and an island - all open to the livingThe bedrooms and bathrooms are complete and beautifully appointed.

Loved our stay

Our family loved this home and plan on returning. All the previous reviews are 100% accurate about how wonderful the house is and how the location can’t be beat. The house has everything you need and more. The house is on the strand so you have nightly sunsets and easy walks to the ocean waves. We loved using the bikes. We appreciated the secure court yard to easily store the bikes when not in use. The fire pit and outdoor patio were used often and made you feel like there was even more space to enjoy. The home owner Buckita is as sweet, caring and friendly as all the reviews explain. We really enjoyed our 30 days in her home and appreciate all her attention to detail. We can’t wait to return.

First off, you feel like you're staying at your family beach house when you're here. Buckita truly goes above and beyond, and is just one of those people who you are truly fortunate to encounter in life. The location is unbeatable. We loved our time here!

Awesome!

The beach was our front yard— we loved it. The owner was very helpful and home had everything we needed. The town plaza is a nice short walk from the home with lots of restaurants and nightlife. We want to return next year!!

Home away from home

This was a treat! The home provided everything you need from various serving platters, towels, toys for all ages, boogie board, surfboards, wetsuit, umbrellas, chairs...I mean, you name it, it had it! The view and people watching was priceless. We truly felt like we were at home and were so sad to leave. Buckita the owner was a sweetheart and she really made this experience so that you feel at home. We are going to miss it BUT, we will be back!
