There were a few incidents that will keep me from returning to this hotel. I waited 6 hours for someone to bring me trash bags. There was hair in the breakfast food and even though I told them that I pulled it out on the serving spoon they did not change it.

staff very friendly, comfortable amenities, good breakfast, good laundry service, room not so much clean, there was black mold on the shower doors and the carpert in the room was very dirty they need to replace it. but other than that the room was very spacious for me, my husband and my 2 babies in their own pack and play.

The room was very clean but the furniture needs updating. I didn’t realize I would have to climb three flights to get to my room (externally) or I’d be so close to the LA metro. Staff was polite and friendly but I never knew if there was an elevator as I didn’t see one on the map.
