The reception staff was very polite and helpful. He helped me clarify thru a call to Expedia why only one room was found on their records. There was a confusion in the rooms I booked. Make sure to mention the name of the guest for each room which you indicated upon booking. Initially, the second room I booked was "missing" because it was not under my name but was booked under my brother's name. The rooms are clean and spacious. We requested for a microwave in each room and they immediately provided these. Loved the Zero% shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious, too. You cook your own pancake/waffle. There's a water fountain/dispenser on our floor. Ice dispenser is at the ground level. An improvement in how the ACU operates can make our stay much better. It creates a loud noise when it shuts down periodically. They offered to adjust it but we forget to follow up. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Stayed at this hotel after a Disney day. Towels were greatly stocked in the room, beds were cozy and it was perfect temperature! But the best thing about this hotel was their waffles!! The Smores waffles they have is something I haven’t seen. It was so good that I genuinely think about it everyday and it’s been a whole week. I’m curious what batter they used for it. Overall great stay, would come back. Especially for the waffles!
Add some chocolate chips into the mix before “cooking” it!
