The windows barely closed, no additional lock on the front door, dozens of flies, and the bathroom door didn’t close. There were stains all over the walls, and we found a bed bug on the ground. We stayed 20 minutes, then went to check out and the lady didn’t even seem surprised to hear about bed bugs. I also had a random man come to my door to proposition me for drugs and there was an ambulance arriving when I left. Overall: probably the worst hotel I’ve seen. No refund, and had to pay for another hotel. Don’t believe the pictures!

Sheets were stained, water pressure sucked sleeping with a sheet is sooo not ideal. Owner came at 10 an asked if we were leaving when check out was at 11 ima be honest this spot is just ghetto.

When I first got here, the guy at the front desk gave me a room in the back of the hotel, which you have to go through a dark alleyway to get to. I went back to front desk to ask if they can give me another room. The guy had an attitude and asked me why. The girl at the front also made some comment about me in their language. He gave me a room on the second floor that REEKED of cigarettes. It seemed like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes a moment before I opened the door. I proceeded to put my luggage down, I was about to sit on the bed and saw white spots on the bed. I was so disgusted and sat in my car and rebooked another hotel, almost an hour away in Anaheim. While I was sitting in my car, this person who seemed like they were high on drugs walked by yelling in the air, half dressed. I went back to the front desk, told them that I am canceling my stay. The girl asked why, and then didn’t say anything after I told her, proceeded to print out a paper quietly and told me to contact Expedia for my refund. Didn’t care much about me, the customer, who had booked to stay at her hotel. The booking of this property is also making me reevaluate using Expedia as my go-to for booking accommodations in the future. I am disappointed that they value their contracts with these run down careless hotels more than their customers who keep their business running.

they first gave me a small room with a full sized bed when i paid for a big room with a king bed ( AC should be fully functional for all rooms) i told the guy at the front he gave us the wrong room. he didn’t care, he argued with me claiming it was a king bed ( it was not the bed sheets stated the bed was a full” he gave us a new room after 10 mins. the AC did not work, the room was extremely hot.
