Everything was fine except the fact that we could have booked two rooms instead of thinking that what we booked was a SUITE ! Not an oversized regular room . Those room 401 wasn’t a suite ! No separate area just one long room! We were a party of 5 and were mislead thinking we had a suite ! Not happy at all please update the description so in the future guest book 2 rooms instead of one for the same price !!!

They are very accommodating with whatever request (reasonable). Extremly nice and very very safe facility. Breakfast was great and they have unlimited starbucks coffee all day. They have a washer and dryer thats available.

The stay was comfortable. The staff helped us with late checkin . Room was clean and they provided us with cook top on request . The property was 25 mins drive to universal studios and 40 mins drive to downtown . The pool area was clean and the breakfast was average .

Highly Recommend!

Short one night stay, but we loved the big spacious room. Beautiful big bathroom, comfy bed & sheets, and two big TV’s. Staff was very friendly. Only downside was the seemingly limited parking spaces.
