I needed a room for a night and thought I would get a good deal by using my Expedia membership for a last minute booking. I booked a room at this hotel and read all of the fine print. It stated that a deposit is required at check in but no where on the website does it state only certain credit cards are acceptable for the deposit and cash is not accepted. I booked the room and went straight to the hotel. The lady at the front desk checked me in and I let her know i had half cash and the rest of the deposit can be put on my card. She said she cant accept my payment. I explained i booked the room with the last of my money and just needed a place to sleep for the night...it was almost 11-12am at this point. I begged for her to make an exception or possibly waive the deposit because I wont be able to book a room somewhere else and waiting for a refund could take days. She then told me since I booked it through a 3rd party Expedia they wont issue me a refund. So I had no choice but to leave crying with nowhere to sleep. She was cold and could care less about trying to figure something out to help my situation. A few weeks ago a white co worker booked his room there via Expedia as well and his deposit was waived. I saw his receipt so I know it can be done. I got robbed of the last of what little money I had left for a room i never stayed in. Never again!!

The overall experience was good, the rooms are set up great. The fact that there is only valet parking was a surprise. The additional 34.00 per night was unexpected and could be a deal breaker for next time.

I was able to enjoy myself with my family in a comfortable hotel. Everybody was friendly and helped with whatever questions I had. Breakfast was good and my family enjoyed their stay. One of the best experiences for my kids being that it was their first time traveling and staying in a hotel.

Awful, Awful I’ve had my employees for my stay here for multiple days throughout the year this time the front desk turned one of my employees away after driving to his establishment for two hours she was rude. She would not be helpful or make any effort which led my employee to drive two hours back home Taryn, has just you lost my business and I literally spend thousands of dollars throughout the year for my employees to stay here
