Should’ve stayed in the dark.

Power outage at our apartment so invested in staying at this hotel for my 92-year old mom and me. Very disappointed in the numerous issues encountered-toilet didn’t work, ADA shower had no mat so very dangerous for my mom to walk in/out, even with hand rails. We changed rooms, but it was more stressful for my mom. We left a day early, paid for “loss” of third night. I would not recommend.

Everything in the room was outdated. The bedding was so thin you can see through it. The mattress was lumpy and hard, we didn’t get any restful sleep. We never used the sofas as it clearly had stains one which looked like bodily fluids. We enjoyed the convenience of the location as it was walking distance to the mall but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Photos are deceiving....

One of the room had toilet drainage issue. Never got fixed during stay. Phones didn't work. Wifi didn't work. TV reception was very poor. My daughter's request was "Please don't come back here next time."
