The property was very convenient for me going to a conference. There was shopping, salons and restaurants all nearby as well. It was an enjoyable place to walk around. The food at the bar/restaurant was good and the breakfast was good.
A modest hotel but very clean, with attentive staff and everything a person needs at a hotel - bar, restaurant, pool and 24-hour self-check-out bistro. It's in a great location too.
When we arrived and checked in, we were given little to no info regarding anything. I asked about breakfast which I had prepaid for and they said they didn't even see that I had done so, but I persisted, and eventually Said it was okay.
Then unbeknownst to me we were charged $29 for parking! We didn't have a choice.
I had also asked for a room with a tub then alas there was no tub! Part of the reason we booked this hotel.
We were also not given any info for the Wi-Fi but finally figured it out at the end right before we had to leave.
For such a high-priced hotel. I thought maybe there'd be some water but no.
The parking entrance if hard to spot on first pass and when you miss it must drive a mile long loop to get back. Open and cheery but sterile modern. Bar and food nominal conventional. Morning coffee tepid and weak. Go around the corner to Starbucks.
The staff was AWSOME a little over priced not to offer free breakfast or free parking. Payed for balcony that i couldn't use
