Only from price point of view if someone is really looking for cheap room / shared room for a night then it’s ok to rent this place but for family point of view seems unsafe and unpleasant
We did not check in because the neighborhood was unsafe and there was no parking. Had to find another hotel. We are very disappointed and would like a refund.

Be prepared to be unwelcomed. Don’t be surprised if they’ve overbooked and you’re left in limbo.
There’s an assistant manager, a black guy named Dee that is unapproachable, quick with you, and passive aggressive.
There’s a manager that’s unwelcoming and walks around in a wife beater mean mugging guests.
You won’t know she’s the manager until you address their mistreatment. Then she’ll be more than happy to tell you she’s the manager, and go on her power trip to put you out on the streets.
They have NO empathy whatsoever.

This was a horrible experience.
Kitchen (cooking is banned): This company engaged in false advertising, that there was a kitchen listed as an amenity, but cooking was banned, so I had to eat out for my meals when I planned to cook my meals.
Security - the window of the room was a sliding glass with no lock! Someone who is good at climbing can simply open the window at any time and take my valuables!
One shower did not work, and for the other shower - the shower handle was not attached properly to the wall, so it was a bit tricky to operate.
I requested a partial refund (since I had to spend a lot of money on take away meals) and my requests (via hotels.com) were completely ignored!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I WAS ASSAULTED BY THEIR STAFF! UNFORTUNATELY HOTELS.COM DOESN'T WANT YOU KNOWING THE TRUTH ABOUT MY STAY AS MY REVIEW KEEPS GETTING REJECTED. I GUESS THEY PUT PROFITS OVER GUEST SAFETY. I WAS ASSAULTED BY THEIR STAFF FOR NO GOOD REASON. TWO EMPLOYEES TOOK ME DOWN TO THE GROUND AND DRUG ME THROUGH THE KITCHEN. ALL MY BELONGINGS WERE TOSSED OUT I WASN'T ALLOWED TO PACK. NOT TOO MENTION, I DIDNT GET ALL MY BELONGINGS BACK! ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS WHERE IN MY ROOM I COULD CHARGE MY PHONE. I HAD A TOP BUNK WITH NO OUTLETS. DONT STAY HERE, MY STORY IS THE 100% TRUTH. HOTELS.COM HAD TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE ENTIRE STAY! BEST IF YOU AVOID HOTELS.COM TO TOGETHER AS I DONT REALLY SEEM YO HAVE THEIR SYMPATHY AFTER I WAS VIOLENTLY ATTACKED BY STAFF FOR NO GOOD REASON!
