They had a roach infestation. Room was outdated which wasn't a big deal but I couldn't get past the roaches / weird smell in the room.

We had 3 nights booked and when we arrived it became obvious that things would be bad. The night manager said they didn't have breakfast but coffee would be available where the fake plastic flowers were sitting in the office. Uh, no. We got into the room and we found it to be a step below a prison cell. No Microwave, very small room (cell), the beds felt like it was made of wood. Very hard! And it smelled of cleaning chemicals and did not diminish with airing it out. We were so disappointed we called Hotels.com and we cancelled the other nights there and booked our next nights at Residence Inn. Do not even think of staying here.

There was a bed bug in my bed and my door wouldn't lock. The front desk guy was super nice and switched me to a different room at my request but overall, wouldn't recommend. Also one of the vending machines in the back ate my money and didn't give me my drink so that sucked.

Booked my room 3-4weeks prior to arrival… noted at booking I would not be arriving until 1:30AM , however did not arrive until 3:30AM due to shortage of rental cars at LAX .. when I arrived at Motel the guy at reception told me they gave my room away and all that was left was a Smoking room ( which I believe is unlawful in CA ) and it lived up to it’s reputation… it stank of smoke , cigarette burns on the bath tub … I would have and should have looked elsewhere but it was almost 4:00AM and was exhausted… but I won’t stay there again… what’s the point of booking a room if they can give it away on a whim !!!!
