The location of the unit was as expected however the kitchen and bath were poorly equipped, one dish towel, no paper towel, no tea or coffee pot, and no hairdryer for a five day stay. Many of the basic conveniences advertised were not supplied in the unit. I could have notified them perhaps I would’ve bought basic supplies but I didn’t feel that I should have had to. I booked for 5 nights and left in 3. I have never had this problem with any other hotel.com’s property that I rented

Affordable and convenient. Parking not ideal but not a major problem. Check out process leaves room for problems. Take pictures and video with time stamp on how you leave the place to avoid any issues.

Apartment was nice. Smelled like piss when entering the property, nice rooftop but no smoking at the top so lame we already not smoking in the apartment now we can’t smoke on the rooftop is insane. Would I go back probably not nor would I recommend staying there.

Amazing Stay

I had an amazing stay at OneLuxStay HWH Downtown. The suite was very nice, roomy and comfortable. The unit was spotless upon arrival. The rooftop pool is great for relaxing and hanging out. And the communication was very timely and helpful. Highly recommend!

It's my second time here, and I don't want to recommend about this place bc if more people come they will raise their prices, which as for now are very reasonable and it's much better then a hotel room in my opinion. Full kitchen, washing machine, clean fun and comfortable. Don't come here, I want availability and the same price on my next visit here ;) .

I arrived to the unit to find that there was a floor unit air conditioner with the hose connected to the window. This called for the window to be open all the time. The property was in a nice location, but the apartment itself is in immediate need of some renovations, especially floors. The wooden part of the floor (kitchen and living area) was completely out of shape and with nails coming out of it. If they update that floor, I would consider staying again. Also the sofa was quite dirty with stains. We had to place a blanket over it :(.
