Yes room felt neglected. Towels were stain and bedroom was dirty. People were noisy above us. Lights kept going on and off. Some lights didn't even work. No plugs for phone charger.

My room had old food under the bed and the room had a horrible smell of old urine. In addition the carpet was filthy and stained.
