The door lock and key card never worked. Had it rekeyed 4 times 2 keys and only the maids key works. So has to always have someone stay behind to open the door for us.

Did not use pool or Hot tub. Was told I would have to pay for Wi-Fi! There was no one in office for check out at 6am. No stopper in the tub for a bath. The room key card was difficult to use, was told I have to "giggle it" until door unlocked. All things considered stay was below average, probably won't stay here in future.

Have stayed here a couple of times because of the cheap price however never again . Had trouble with the door key not working repeatedly and having to go to the office numerous times to get a working key. The woman at the desk was rude and didn’t seem to care that we couldn’t get into our room . The housekeepers do the best they can but the rooms smell and are in need of a remodel!

It was okay, would stay again.

The room was clean, yet you can tell it was worn down a little. It was pet friendly which was why I was there. Yet for me and my dog for 2 nights it was okay. I would stay again. A good quality is there was a lot of channels on the tv.

Premier Inns is a nice hotel. The room was very clean. The bed was nice and comfortable. The location was perfect; close to Camarillo and Simi Valley, The staff was friendly and VERY helpful as several of the guests were having trouble with their key cards.

The room was decent for the price, but it definitely needs a deep cleaning, especially the floor and bathtub. Also, the sink drained slowly. And, an inch x 3/4 inch bar of soap doesn’t work
