An ok hotel

We needed a quick hotel for a short period while we waited for our plane. Staff was friendly and check in was quick. The neighborhood was scary. In the morning, there were pool towels left all over by the pool.

It was ok it was clean by their standards I didn't like the smell of their cleaning supplies, bleach is a great way to clean and insure disinfection especially with covid..the hot tub was dirty so we couldn't use it the phone didn't work at all . My husband ans I wer not satisfied with the accommodations here never again ,the people who work there and keep it clean can't speak English that was sad couldn't address the cleanliness problem with them.its not for us we wouldn't suggest this company to anyone it was my Husbands birthday, we didn't eat there either, so I have no comments on the food..No wouldn't waste my hard earned money again.

It was my first time in LA & this was an amazing experience! I was able to check in early for no extra fee. The pool access was amazing & the free breakfast was awesome. It was conveniently around LAX & other fast food/restuarants. I would definitely recommend to a friend & I would definitely stay again!

Emergency respite

We needed an emergency hotel room while traveling home from Mexico. The location was quick and easy to access from the airport. The room was clean, but definitely minimal. The upstairs guests were loud and stomping around all night.

At least it was clean....

Very noisy. It sounded like we had the windows open. Very loud street traffic. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were tiny. The bath tub tile was in terrible shape. It looked like it was about to fall off the wall and the tub was damaged and yellow with cigarette stains even though it was a no smoking room. And the air conditioner was so loud it woke us up all night long.
