Great location and amenities but rooms very dated. They are clean and the staff is great but our bed was lopsided and lumpy and the person in the room above us sounded like they were going to come thru the Ceiling at any time. If they did a refresh to the rooms it would be 5 stars

I plan to write a letter to expedia outlining all the things that went wrong. I ended up paying at two different Marriott's and they blamed expedia. I plan to write letters to several companies including the Baltimore Sun for the hell we were put through by expedia, uber and two totally irresponsive Marriotts

Union Strong America Susan G Komen pink walk

My experience at the residence Inn in Torrance was as usual a pleasant experience. It is our business Union Strong America hotel of choice when in the South Bay. We are planning a fundraiser for Susan G Komen 2025 more then PINK walk 10 24th through the 27th. Our CFO of Union Strong America is a breast cancer survivor and her team are going to be staying at the hotel. We look forward to your accommodations while we stay.
