Great location and a very nice apartment. I recommend bringing a small car as the parking spot can be right - but it's nice to have a dedicated spot!

LA trip

Although there were many positives about our stay, a few things lowered our experience. The place was easy access, in a nice neighborhood, and the beds were very comfortable, important things to us. However, the kitchen had a noticeable smell, like a cat or something so we kept that door closed. The sound of neighbors walking and moving about was louder than expected in the evening when we watched a movie, but quieted later on. The floors were quite cold and I was surprised there was no rug or mat in the bathroom, an easy "amenity". Finally, the power went out unexpectedly at 9AM on the morning we were leaving so heat and charging devices was not possible. I did not hear back from the host right away on that so we decided leave a little earlier. I expected more given the price.

Nice property for family

Very clean and good accomodations for a family. Easy parking one we figured it out. I would recommend bringing towels we only had one per person for our stay which made it a little difficult.

The location is great for easy non freeway access to Downtown LA, Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley. Comfortable beds, large dining/living room and great water pressure in shower!

Nice little apartment!

Clean, furbished, comfortable! Location great for Hollywood and Universal. Layout of rooms wasnt perfect but we made it work. Would stay again!
