I wish I could share a positive experience, but I had quite the hassle with this property. A few weeks before my check-in date, my plans changed, and I needed to cancel my reservation. I tried reaching out to the hotel multiple times to get a refund for my expedia credit, but nobody responded. I even had Expedia step in to help, and they couldn't get through either. It’s really frustrating not getting any communication back when you’re trying to resolve something like this.
Since I never stayed there, I can't comment on the room or the amenities, but the lack of response from the management left me feeling disappointed. I just hope others have better luck than I did!
