Please note: There’s no driveway, but street parking is easy and available right out front. (Parking permit provided) if you are bringing 2 cars, we can provide a second parking permit upon request.


Our home is a modest, well-maintained older property and is not a newly renovated unit. It has the comfortable character and original charm of a classic Santa Monica home, and you may notice the natural wear and tear that comes with an older dwelling.

Overall this property works great if you are only planning to use it as a place to sleep. Location is outstanding - close to beach and close to the hospital where our daughter had surgery. Facilities are older with the outside not well lit when we arrived. The address we were given was actually for the alley behind the house. We took a chance and tried the street vs the court and finally found the location. The place is the 2nd of 4 places which made it difficult to find without any lights in the walkway. We were disappointed that the internet did not initially work though owner repaired in about 36 hours. There was no coffee maker available and the oven did not work. We used the place as a location for our daughter to recover from surgery so we actually stayed at the place. Since we were sitting in the family room, we were disappointed with the comfort of the chairs though the couch was comfortable. We actually used the kitchen and ate our meals at the house. There were very few folks and spoons available so again if you are planning to eat out - everything would have worked fine. We would rate the home a 6 out of 10 with the location being a 10 out of 10. As stated before, if you are planning to use the place as a touchdown area where you will only be sleeping, this place works. Actually staying at the house left us wanting more comfort and working appliances/equipment.
