A staff member quickly helped us with an extra pillow. Their hospitality made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service is what really sets it apart. We'll definitely be back!

The room was huge and spacious, but for some reason there's no chair? So we had to sit on the floor at times. The bathroom was also massive.

Location is very convenient and front desk was very helpful. Room was well air conditioned, but the bathroom had lots of small cockroaches in the shower. Our group had to kill at least 10 before we were able to shower.
