Extremely responsive host, answered queries within minutes! Property was exactly as pictured, no negative surprises at all… clean, well maintained, with working washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine etc… and location was ideal! Right on 3rd St Promenade, easy walking to all areas of Santa Monica and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Perfect!Only caveat is that the public parking across the street seems to reset at midnight, so fees were much higher than we anticipated. All in all a great choice in Santa Monica, we will definitely stay here again!
