I did not like that it wasn't until AFTER booking the property I found out that parking was a mandatory $55 per night and the pool was closed. I was notified a day before and did not have time to change accommodations. The rest of the stay was great.

This was a big disappointment and regret my decision staying here. My husband I had a night away planned by attending the football game at sofi stadium. We thought to make the night even better was to get a hotel next to the event that way we could walk to the event then come back to the hotel after to have dinner and swim. Unfortunately only the day before we found out that the pool was under construction as well as the gym. We just brushed it off and went ahead to the game. We thought after the game we could come back to the restaurant at the hotel to have dinner and a nightcap. Unfortunately once we arrived they then told us the kitchen was closed for construction as well. It was extremely disappointing to have all the main attractions such as pool and dinner be closed. Had we known this we would have not made a reservation here. Then to top off all of the disappointment to be then charged for valet. No where was there any accommodations for the inconveniences. I understand that construction needs to take place but to have this take place as soon as a preseason game starts was a poor decision.

Recent hotel stay 2025!

I recently just planned a small getaway for a concert at Kia forum and booked this hotel! I’d like to start off by saying that through hotel.com it is in no way apparent that the hotel is renovating and the pool/fitness center was closed. The restaurant there also wasn’t serving food. Multiple times the fire alarm went off through the day. It’s good they are attempting to improve the place but to have been charged full price with no apparent amenities was not good. In addition the staff were rude and not very helpful. Wouldn’t recommend

Renovationaans very loud

The staff was friendly and helpful. Greeted us with a warm welcome. Unfortunately the hotel is under going renovation and it was noisy from construction and walls seemed very thin. Unable to sleep do to all the loud voices and chaos. Room was clean and presentable. Our room was in the midst of all the chaos. Hopefully after renovation it will be a good place to stay

Eh… good location and that’s about it

Nowhere did the booking site mention that everything was under construction. We were hoping to use the pool but it was a giant pit in the ground. And the crew started making noise SO early. Aside from that, room was okay. The bathroom light lights up the whole bedroom because of a frosted window between the shower and bedroom - terrible design. And there was mold all over the ceiling in the shower (who uses flat paint in a bathroom?!). If there were no construction I’d give this a 3.5 - good enough but nothing special. You’re mostly buying the location. Beds were very firm but comfortable.

The property is going to be wonderful when the construction is finished. At the time of my booking i did not know the hotel was under construction. Honestly I cant understand how it was open to book and recieve guest. You entered into the hotel through one of the hotel rooms. The pool was not only closed it is being refurbished. The area across from the restaurant is covered in black plastic. The alarms were going off from 453a Sat to 9a. Which had several guests in yhe lobby concerned on whether or not there was an emergency There was only one front desk person who simply stated there is no emergency. The construction dust was causing the alarm. One of the construction crew members was trying to figure out how to turn off the alarm . Turning it off would of left the hotel vulnerable if there was an actual emergency how would anyone know? There were no phones in the room to make calls or contact the front desk. I could go on but you get the picture. I asked expedia for a partial refund and to be moved. I was offered one or the other. I want a refund.

Walkable to events nearby. Room was very clean, comfortable beds, the maintenance man was super helpful with tv issue. The only downfall was the construction going on. Very noisy, and the pool was closed. I wasn't notified until after my free cancelation of my booking.

Parking cost $55 a night to keep your car. It is under construction so there is a lot going on and the fire alarm was going off all morning and they didn’t offer any compensation or anything for waking everyone up all morning.
