This hotel is super nice and affordable, I love staying here when I am coming to LA because the property itself is super nice, clean, aesthetic and located conveniently to the airport and to get to Disneyland. Both times I have stayed here, they have been under major construction which is why I give them less stars. This last time I stayed, in the summer, the pool was completely closed. The staff is very very very nice, helpful and friendly. The valet parking is not required, we parked about 4 blocks away in a residential area to avoid the $50+/day parking fee. Located right next to Sofi.

Terrible customer service at front desk from multiple female employees day and night, repeatedly asked for room service and not once showed during my stay to clean room or replenish toiletries/towels. Used hotel provided hair dryer and bathroom electricity went completely out. Pool at hotel that was offered during checkout was closed to guests and no replacement pool or discount was offered.

The hotel was clean, modern, staff was very nice & conveniently located across from SoFi & Hollywood Park casino. Only issue was valet over-pricing for our truck, but next time we’ll bring our car. Would definitely stay again when the remodeling is complete! 😁

The staff was so friendly and helpful. It is the best location when going to a game at SOFI...the rooms are beautifully renovated and the pool is also fantastic. 5 stars everywhere. Hoping we can come back!
