The room was very nice and clean. This was our second stay, hopefully someday there will be a third. The food was very good. The only suggestion I have is that you ask your late arrivals to keep their voices down. Other guests are sleeping. I realize that it is out of the Queen Mary’s control how people behave. Noisy people woke us up and I was unable to get back to sleep for several hours, it’s hard to enjoy my stay when people are so inconsiderate. The history and pictures are amazing and interesting.

When we arrived, we notified the staff that my husband had a recent knee injury and we asked for a room as close as possible since he is using a walker. They accommodated the request which meant he had less walking to do. Staff are all very professional and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times now, and will continue to make this our go-to hotel when we cruise out of Long Beach.

The hotel, view, restaurant and ambiance were top notch. However, the thin walls between hotel rooms/cabins made for a long night as the couple next door were VERY LOUD and once they finished their sexual escapades, the sound of snoring could be heard throughout the night.

The historic atmosphere truly stood out. Staying aboard such a legendary ship made the experience special. We loved exploring the exhibits that were open to guests, especially the engine room tour. The room was clean, comfortable, and had that classic old-ship charm that made the stay unique.
