I like the convenience of the property. It’s near the grocery store, restaurants etc. The area is at the center of LA, so every location that we went to is just 30 to 45 minutes. drive. Although, the hotel needs some upgrading and deep cleaning especially the carpets in the room and in the hallway. Same with the upholstery on the chairs and dining table. They are very generous with the breakfast. Overall it was a good stay.

Never clean my room, during one week, pool towells took long to get them, elevator got dirty 2 days before i leave and nobody cleans it. I have to ask for room towels every day. The property is really beautiful

I am a little disappointed we had to wait 40 mins after check in to finally get our room. Check in was at 4 and we ended up checking in at 4:40. We also found a blood stain on one of the pillow sheets. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful regardless of our wait.
