The Mountain view rooms could use updating to the level of the Lake view rooms. The rooms themselves are dated and lack the resort feel on the Lake view rooms. But over all, this is a beautiful spot to be. Night time just look purely romantic along with Sky Ranch being right next door, makes it even better.

We stayed twice while we were there from 11/15-11/26 and 12/1-12/5. The rooms were nice, neat & clean and the staff was wonderful. The wait staff always remembered our favorites at breakfast and it was very much appreciated. We will be definitely staying there again.

PM is very nice, customer service oriented, the staff are all very nice and accomodating. The food is great with a stunning view of TAAL volcano while we eat. Very nice! Thanks for a wonderful memories..

From the moment I notified the hotel of my late arrival, the service was exceptional. I was met at the airport, assisted with luggage, guided through the check-in process, and welcomed at the Executive Lounge with sincere warmth after a 25-hour journey. Throughout my stay, every department—concierge, security, lounge, dining, housekeeping, transportation, and management—has demonstrated remarkable attentiveness. Staff remembered my preferences, noticed when I hadn’t eaten, checked on my well-being, and even helped me when I felt unwell. The breakfast and dinner teams worked seamlessly during busy periods, always with professionalism and kindness. Housekeeping added thoughtful touches that made my room feel like home. Even when small issues arose, management resolved them promptly and with care, turning potential frustrations into positive experiences. Staying for more than 45 days could have been challenging, but the warmth, consistency, and dedication of the entire team made me feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service and hospitality I experienced throughout my stay.

Our state was wonderful the staff was very helpful we really enjoyed the breakfast there bathroom was very clean and hotel was very enjoyable
