Our room was beautiful and very clean. Next time I think I would get a room that has a view as there are many with balconies that look directly at another wall of balconies. The pool area is lovely with very comfortable loungers and a nice poolside menu (expensive but at least it's good).

The Expedia room was poor. While it was very clean and nice inside, the balcony and window was inches from the hallway of the adjacent window, so anyone entering that hallway had a direct view into our room unless the curtains were closed. Also, we had to keep the balcony door closed because the noise from the road was very loud. Also, they charged additional beyond the resort fee etc on my Expedia receipt. They also had nowhere to refill water bottles.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The timeshare sales folks did try to get us scheduled for a 90 min appt the following morning which we politely declined and were never approached again. The rooms and the grounds are very clean. It is evident that the staff takes great pride in pleasing the guests. We would return to this property for sure!
