We had a great time here! The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The room was clean and housekeeping does a great job daily. It can get loud at certain times and at night with the mango deck being so close. Other than that, it is peaceful. The food was amazing. We loved our vacation!

Good location VIP did nothing for us there. No room view and no upgrades. Others with no VIP got access to room hours before we did. Very noisy at night time in your room. Would pick another resort next time. 12 Tribes food was terrible Pool food/lunch was great!

Pros: Very clean, great staff, great pools, 20 min walk to the Cabo Wabo Cantina, beautiful view from the beach and top floor rooms. Cons: Someone built a monstrosity of an ugly building between the pool and the ocean (blocks views), only 1 real restaurant option for dinner (unless you like sushi), the beach was a ZOO during the day (lots of vendors), but most of all - even if you’re on the All-Inclusive plan, they make you sign for every meal and drink you order. Highly annoying. A way to get you to tip them, I guess. I’ve never experienced anything like it before, but it wouldn’t keep me from recommending the resort. Beautiful and convenient.

Great room and very comfortable. Fast room service. Very walkable and lots of good food nearby. Great pools. Only 2 problems: noisy touristy restaurant next to the hotel (Mango deck) and the restaurant in the hotel is quite pricey and good is just ok.

Way Overpriced for what you get.

I would rate this place a solid 3.7, first off moral doesn’t seem to be very high, the staff are just “eh” they nickel and dime you at every turn. I travel to Mexico quite a bit so I expect there to be watered down drinks but they practically are just service virgin fruit drinks and this is the first property that doesn’t even provide safe drinking water. Also most properties refill the basic room coffee or at least give you more than one serving, they don’t, they will charge you for every day you want to make coffee in your room which is a lot ridiculous. The only real selling point of this resort is that it’s within walking distance of some great restaurants and other properties where they seem to care more. House keeping was on point, probably the best I’ve ever seen and the rooms were clean.

Great place but resort food prices are insane

It's a great place but very expensive in food and overall prices. go to the local Walmart or another place to stock up on food, as everything on the resort is expensive. $20 burgers and $19 for one pancake is hefty or ridiculous.
