Great However there was a problem from Expedia the one bedroom was updated to sea vie snd the agent didn’t Mo r the all inclusive we paid for so we ended up paying additional funds for the food at the hotel

We’ve been to a lot of AI resorts, Garzas food by far is one of the best! Customer service- amazing. The resort is beautiful, clean rooms with quality furniture, hardware, we can’t wait to go back!

The overall property, pools and room are very clean. I would say very good management that leads to good staffs! The kids club is a big plus especially when traveling with three young kids.
