We had a fantastic time at Krystal Grand Los Cabos. Restaurants were very good, definitely worth upgrading to Altitude Club though. Room was very comfortable and clean. Any deficiencies were addressed immediately. Special thanks to the following people; Erik at the buffet, Estefania, Beatrix, Rosalba, Luis and Sergio at the Moskito restaurant, Pedro, Julian, and Manuel at the pool bar, Homero and Alfredo at the Altitude bar and Hugo at the Altitude roof top lounge. Special thanks to Daniela, Paul and Marco for their assistance with all things hotel related. Super service and we appreciate it so much! Definitely coming back!

I got a room with ocean view at no extra cost ( I hope), nice hotel, room was spacious and clean, a little noisy at night cause it was too close to beach. No shows only live music that was a downer for me. Buffet is limited not a lot of variety. We could never dine at the Grill restaurant wait time was too long 😒

The photographs of the resort were very deceiving. The buildings and all of the amenities were very old and dated, Unlike the photos presented online. The food was barely decent and the same every day. There was very little variety to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Service was very slow and room Cleaning had to be asked for every day. Otherwise nobody would stop by.

This resort was small and quiet which is what we were looking for. 5 mins to anywhere on the property. The staff were very accomodating and very helpful. I would like to suggest some better dining options or at least ensuring they were open for better hours. Getting a snack off hours was sometimes a challenge. Down the beach 10 min towards Cabo is a great little eatery called Zippers...be careful! HUGE PORTIONS!

the room was on 4th story: railing on the deck is almost rusting off. the patio doors could hardly open, lighting on deck wasn't working, shower was only 50% and what was working was spraring at the wall, rather than your body. soap dispensor didn't work in the shower. how does maintence find out about what needs to be done? all you can drink? sure, maybe of only what they have available, not what you'd like. they'd say they have "run out". and that was 2 days in a row.... costco is 500m down the road, figure it out! then the restaurant reservations for a certain time, then show up and find out reservations don't exist. you have to wait while watching others step in front for their reservations.... whilst we were told our wrist band was the highest rating. unbeliveve. will we return? no.
