Room was excellent, having 2 bathrooms even with just the 2 of us was great! Staff was amazing! Service at the poolside, Carlos, was great. The staff at the sports bar was a whole lot of fun also! And even the guys outside at luggage check in! Property and views were amazing. Having the "gas station" type place by Tomatillos was perfect as im a caffiene addict in the mornings. Breakfast was phenominal at the buffet! Pools and hot tub comfortable. 9/10 and id definately go again!

The food took forever at every meal. Room smelt like mildew. Had to get up before 7:30am to get a pool chair. Staff were nice and the view from the resort is great.

Something else. Unfortunately our stay was marred by your constant construction at your pool. 5 of the 7 days your staff was jack-hammering for hours at the pool. Very noisy and disrupting. We were very disappointed. You have a nice facility, but we probably won't be back. Sorry.

Wonderful food, attentive staff, great drinks. Rooms were very clean, as well as pools and common areas. The only issue was lots of media time on our trip by the resort, a pool or restaurant would be blocked off with no warning for a few hours in the AM. Otherwise, amazing, I would stay again! Beware of expensive security deposit in comparison to other hotels, extra charge for cleaning & internet as well.

Check in was easy and we were received well. Room was spacious. Super quiet during the evening. Construction noise and beeping cement trucks during breakfast. Welding and hammering all day. Pool was too hot, too crowded, and very little seating. Only one hot tub. Ocean waves were sketch and several people got rolled. Had to be cautious with our kids. Dining options were minimal. Cool wrist band as a room key. All inclusive options and beach seating was fantastic. Limited seating on beach. Service was good and staff were friendly. Sushi was great. Ceviche was amazing too. Cleaning staff were amazing

The staff are honestly excellent and so kind. The hotel is very clean from the rooms to the pool areas and bars. The bartenders make good drinks and the beach/pool service is really nice. I loved the breakfast buffet every morning at Bella California and thought Armando always made the best omelettes. Jonathan, the events manager runs terrific shows and and is such a gentleman. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely return.

Excellent room, room 2726 has a great view! I’d definitely stay here again. The gym was good, treadmill and many good sets of DB’s. The restaurant options were great as well. We did the all inclusive option and it worked out great.

Food was very good. Staff was very friendly, but there is no heat in the rooms and we were here when the temperatures were on the cool side. Also, the beach is very steep for our seniors. It was difficult to walk on. The pools were also not heated nightly entertainment was good and they had a variety .Although most of it was lip syncing.
