The location is good, staff are friendly. Service was good. Food is okay. Room is clean, but noise was coming from lobby due to staff working and travelers dragging their luggage. Overalls fair, not excellent. One thing was bothering mr too many flies, sitting on food, in the buffet area.

Every time we had an issue, ie safe did not work, hair dryer did not work, they sent staff right away and fixed the issue and did a follow up call to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. Our Son got married here and this resort did an amazing job of setting it up and made many small things happen to enhance the wedding

Dear Resort Management, I am writing to express my serious concern regarding our recent stay. My partner and I became extremely unwell with food poisoning last day of our stay. The illness began the night before we checked out, causing intense vomiting, severe diarrhea, and debilitating body pain. These symptoms made our journey home very difficult and uncomfortable. My partner vomiting all the way in the flight! Due to the severity of the situation, even we called a doctor, who charged us $225 US. We are still not feeling well today, and because of my ongoing pain, we may need to seek further medical attention at the hospital. We kindly ask that you conduct an immediate and thorough investigation into your food preparation and hygiene standards to prevent this dangerous situation from happening to other guests. We are deeply disappointed that a vacation we looked forward to ended this way. Thank you

This property is amazing. There were 3 Riu connectected to each other and we have access to all if them. The staffs were just amazing and friendly. In addition, the foods were very delicious. I will visit them again and again. I love Riu. There are many more reasons to visit Riu.
