The staff was unwilling to accomodate our request for one of our two rooms to have 2 beds, even though I requested it 3 weeks in advance. The staff was also uninformed of activites going on at the hotel. I've stayed at 4 Secrets resorts and this is by far the worst.

Love Secrets!

We love Secrets! Third time visiting this property. Good variety of restaurants. The food is always delicious and the service is awesome! Lots of activities! It does seem like some of the outdoor furniture is getting a little worn and the barstools in the birdcage bar were all peeling, which was a really bad look. Otherwise, everything else was awesome and we loved it!

Everything was great! Sports bar was always cold! And a couple of the waiters weren’t the best. But they made it right for us! This was our second visit here, and would consider going back a 3rd time

Ocean view swim out was barely oceanview. There was quite a distance between us and the ocean. Dinner int he specialty restaurants was okay. There was an extraordinary amount of time between the appetizers and main course. Drinks took a while to arrive. This was both nights we ate in the restaurants.
