On our recent stay in Cabo the Sirena Del Mar turned out to be an excellent choice. The staff and servers were all super welcoming and helpful. We visited the on site restaurant on our arrival day for dinner and departure day for lunch. Each meal was exactly what we were looking for! In regards to the room (3402P) we were blown away by the ocean view (saw whales breaching from the balcony right after check in) and spaciousness of suite. Beds were comfy and having the full kitchen was a nice option. I would definitely consider staying here on a future visit. Thanks again for the hospitality!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Sirena del Mar. The staff—from the concierge and front desk to the restaurant and poolside teams—provided excellent service throughout our visit. As someone who works out six days a week, even on vacation, I really appreciated the gym and the variety of equipment available. I didn’t need to modify my routine at all due to limited equipment, which is rare for a resort gym. The only downside is that it can feel a bit small when it gets busy, but otherwise it was great. The views were absolutely spectacular, and our room was comfortable, though it could benefit from some updates. Also, a special shout-out to every server and staff member for their attentiveness to our needs (sorry we didn’t always remember names) Guillermo, aka “Memo,” for his sense of humor and great salesmanship—even though we didn’t purchase a vacation membership this trip, we truly enjoyed interacting with him.

The Resort has top notch service, very clean, and a full kitchen with everything we needed to make us feel at home. We had washer and dryer in our unit which was very convenient. Our balcony had the most stunning view of the ocean, like literally on the ocean. We had our own private beach with the beach amenities to go with it. We saw pods of whales having fun. I can go on and on about our stay. We will definitely be back very soon, the staff was outstanding and made our 21st anniversary a unforgettable experience. I can't wait to get back

Hotel had a boutique feel which I liked. The units had everything you could ask for (washer, dryer, kitchen, safe, nice bathroom a beautiful balcony). The staff were excellent and food was best we had in Cabo. Enjoyed the entertainment and location of hotel. Loved, loved, loved the beach. Kudos Hyatt!!

Property staff are excellent. Since Hyatt purchased, the grounds keeping is not as manacured. Also, costs at bar and restaurant are up 30% from when Welk owned property. Great staff, overpriced food and beverages.
