Room was nice and cozy but I feel like the bathroom needs to be upgraded. The tub as old and stained and it seems like all the faucet fixtures were old and lose. Also don't come here with a big vehicle because parking is VERY TIGHT !!

The room needed a major update. It was clean but not in good shape. The check in was difficult as staff was not available at the desk during normal check in hours. We couldn’t get our key but a different staff person helped us check in and we were to be texted a code to get the key. This was not done so we called the emergency number to be let in.

Location and free parking is probably the best amenities. The courtyard was set up nicely.
Growing up in Los Gatos I believe that there was a pool here back in the day.
Kind of on the small size, but the bed was comfortable.
Needs a few wood screws.
Only kept a part of the room warm. Bathroom was still super cold.
