This is a good place to stay. When traveling for work, this is a good place to stay. There was an issue during my stay with missing creamer for the coffee. The front desk employee said they could not do anything about it and it was handled by house keeping. Then just stood there. It is a small thing, but it is part of the hospitality business. I will be back. I just hope they train the staff a bit better for the future.

I stayed at this hotel over the years many times. Always leaves a great taste in your mouth. Great garden setting, very helpful crew, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, fresh smelling sheets. Always a great experience.

The first room we got was well used and smelled awful!!! They had no problems and easily exchanged our room. The second room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! Nice grounds!

Older hotel in Los Gatos. The grounds were beautiful. Quiet atmosphere. The rooms are dated. The bed was very firm. The water pressure in shower was great. Heater was noisy. Breakfast was quite good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I really need to take a shower!

Booked the room for my son, my DIL, and their toddler little boy. They were visiting, over the holidays, from Tokyo. They were jet-lagged and tired. Room was nice and spacious. We even received a free upgrade, with kitchenette. All good except the SHOWER DIDN'T WORK!!! I’ve stayed here before, with no problems. What gives?

A great local in town getaway

I really love this place in the last five or six years I've been there almost a hundred times I highly recommend it for a in town getaway not being surrounded by hustle and bustle of people cars busy loud restaurants if that's your thing stay somewhere else I Love to get away in the open space around the Los Gatos Lodge rooms love it been a customer for almost 50 years
