Very Coast Villa Romántica-Private pool 4 bedrooms, BBQ, wifi, Sea & Puerto View
Just on the begining of the most spectaular path near the sea on this island, called "Rambla de Castro" you find this quiet group of private villas and with the best position to see the views, this magnificient villa of 175 m2 on a plot of 605 m2: What makes this house extraordinary is its situation, that guarantees Sea views and Puerto de la Cruz views. The house has a big garden with a very secluded pool and a balinese bed. As you entrance at the house you find the main floor with 106 m2 consisting on a totally new kitchen (finished on May 2019), a lovely sitting area with a 42´ SMART TV with Sat and and opened terrace with outdoor furniture. On that level you have also 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Upstairs you find 37 m2 space with a lovely master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two terraces, one with views to Teide to another one to the sea. The garden on ground level has a very secluded pool size 7.5 m x 3.5 m; on that level there is a 32 m2 space consisting on a bedroom with ensuite shower room. A car is recommended, although you have a bus stop 200 metres away and a very famous restaurant just 700 metres away, and the area of El Toscal where you can find many restaurants and shops. Only 6 minutes driving away you find Playa del Socorro and on the other side Playa Jardin and Loro Parque. There is a parking enough for 2 cars.
The 3 bedrooms on the main house are prepared on bookings for 4-6 guests. The room next to the pool is only prepared when we have a 7-8 guests bookings. If you book for less than 6 guests, but you wish to have the 4 bedrooms to be prepared, there is a supplement of Euros 95 PER WEEK, payable on arrival but booked in advance. Otherwise that room will be closed.
The nearest bus stop is number 4185 (La Longera stop) in Calle El Monturrio, 18. The buses that stop at that stop are: 353, 354, and 381 (direct to central Puerto) and there is usually a stop every 20 minutes. The public transport service is economical and punctual. We can also provide information about the nearest taxi stop, you can be collected at the house.
