We had a few hiccups with our stay at Renaissance wind creek resort in Aruba, room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Hotel gave us a small credit. Room we booked wasn’t the room we got which the hotel changed our room. Had an issue with the fire alarm going off two nights and hotel gave us points to compensate. Despite those small hiccups, we loved this resort. The best part is Renaissance island. We absolutely loved that island. The water was beautiful, we went snorkeling, laid on beach floats and had no issues getting lounge chairs or umbrella spots on either side of the island. The flamingos were stunning and so many iguanas. The food at the hotel was good. The drinks were fine. We did not go for the all inclusive as we had excursions planned so we didn’t want to waste money if we weren’t there to use it. We definitely will return here. We loved Aruba. Everyone we met was very nice. It truly is one happy island. I understand now why so many people come back so many times.

Beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean and lovely. Staff was friendly and willing. Loved the beach access and amenities. Giant roach ran under our table in the dining room. Staff picked up our table, moved it aside, smashed the bug, disposed of the roach, and replaced our table in front of us. Got a whopping 10% off the check for the inconvenience. Good thing we’re not overly sensitive. Bug adventure aside, will definitely go back.

I debated back-and-forth on which resort would be the best for our family. I hands down picked the right place. We stayed in the Ocean Towers and it was lovely. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The private island was so beautiful and amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We love this resort and will definitely return.
