They should tell you how to check in and park. You have to turn down an alley to park and then get buzzed in to even go check in. Check in is on the second floor. There is a lot to do around the hotel, waterfront park is within walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful!

We stayed at the Cambria for 2 nights. The hotel is very clean and in a great location. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Not sure why we did not get maid service. Had to ask for more coffee and towels. Not sure why it wasn’t mentioned at check-in.

Let me start off by saying every one of the staff that wasnt the front desk (house keeping, and maintenance) were super lovely, kind, and helpful. Once we got to the front desk we were smacked with a neglective, rude, dismissive front desk associate. She didnt even look at us or even acknowledge our existence. We showed up pretty early and asked if we could check in an hour early (mind you there was no one at the hotel, hardly any cars in the lot which is small and no other walking around) she said well just have to wait till the check in time because we had a king suite.....whatever so we waited. I had paid for a breakfast package for 2 for the mornings we would be there, she then said their breakfast restaurant was closed the next morning (google said otherwise) she said I could get a refund at checkout....ok fine. Dinner time came around I checked google to see if the dinner place in the hotel would be open and it said it would, my husband and I called in to make out take out order and the front desk woman said " what do you mean make a take out order?" I said for the restaurant, she then said in a rude manner " uh, that restaurant isn't open today ma'am" One thing after another nothing was available, mind you this was a Monday and Tuesday we stayed the night. The next day we took a walk around the streets to see what was available and everything was boarded up and closed......I almost forgot to mentions that we had to pay for parking every night $22 a day.

Staff was friendly, room was very spacious, and the location was great! The mattress was too firm for me, but if you like a firm mattress, it will be perfect! The hotel seems like a newer build, so it was very nice looking in the lobby and Other common areas. The room had a mini fridge and microwave which I was so happy about because that is getting harder and harder to find!
