Just 30 mins outside downtown louisville and Churchill Downs. Several living spaces to create memories. Garage has been turned into a fun game room. Relax on the back screened porch, or the large outdoor porch, complete with outdoor dining, hot tub, and fire pit. Enjoy hiking the property, fishing in the lake, or simply enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.
The space
6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath home.

First level: full kitchen with double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove. Laundry room. Primary bedroom is large with King bed and lots of windows to see the views and has large shower and free standing tub, 2 large closets and double sinks. Full dining room with table that seats 7/8. Living room has cozy wood burning fireplace with gas starter. Full hall bath. 2 br with Queen size beds, one br with 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids or teens. All br have TVs. Garage game room has sofa for lounging, big screen TV, ping pong table, video games, Air Hockey, Darts.
All TVs in the home have Roku sticks with guest mode to access your media accounts. Wifi in the home with extenders.

Basement level: Large family room with sectional couch and large TV. Full bath with bath/shower. Second kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, sink and office area with printer. One br with a queen bed. One br with 2 full size beds.

Outdoors: Large front porch with rocking chairs. Large back porch with 8 person dining table and shade umbrella. Lounge chairs. Hot tub. Screened in porch with sofa and chairs. Large deck on the pond for lounging, fishing, or sunbathing. Fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Great house for family get together. Bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our family of 8 adults and 7 children. The large yard, pond and garage rec. room provided a lot of entertainment for everyone. The property is private and very peaceful. The area offers a lot to do within 45 minutes (all you have to do is explore). The owners were very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a private location with space, this is for you.

This property is like a home away from Home. We live in deep east texas and staying here just reminded us of home. We had absolutely zero issues. Hoping we can book this house every year when we come to kentucky for Archery Nationals
