Staff are fantastic at the hotel. The food is decent at the grill and there is a small pantry for grabbing quick items. The bed is comfortable but the pillows need to be much better. The hotel is upscale and very clean with the exception of the game smoking area. The carpet needs to be replaced with something besides carpet because it’s beyond gross and looks terrible. Otherwise , great place to stay and very convenient location.

Staff was amazing, one lady at front desk told me they were well treated and she loved her boss. It shows. Way too many city creeps hanging around at entrance i feel like they were scoping put people to rob

It has gone down hill in a year! They put me on the highest floor which I requested but failed to mention they had some massive water damage and the carpets were wet and blowing machines were noisy. I stayed two nights with no one ever turning down bed or attempting to take away trash.

Restaurant was severely overpriced. If prices were reasonable, there probably would have been more than three tables occupied at the time I dined there. And why no room service?? It’s one of the things myself and other travelers look for when choosing accommodations.
