Also Located 2 blocks from the UofL Downtown Hospital , Frazier Rehab Institute and childrens hospital are stay could not have been better. The staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. Thank you.

The bed was the absolute hardest surface I’ve ever slept on and extremely uncomfortable. Housekeeping did not take out our trash or straighten the room and we had to ask for additional towels

There was a hair in the bathtub, clear tape on the ceiling, and candy under the couch, which made it feel like the room wasn't well cleaned. The location was fine, but there was a lot of outside noise that was audible in the room, especially at night. Both the bed and couch consistently creaked when I sat on them and/or shifted my body (for reference , I weigh 160 pounds). The digital key consistently took multiple tries to unlock the door. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and accommodating.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the air conditioner in my room. I told the front staff and somebody was ready to fix it within 3 minutes. The hotel is also very close to many of the places I wanted to visit.
