The gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant. He recommended some dining options in the area and we decided to check one out & it was excellent. The event we went to was at the Palace which is literally behind the hotel. The location is convenient and walking distance to almost anything you need to get to downtown.

Great location! We parked our car and were able to walk everywhere. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Only concern was the elevator stopped working.

The room was excellent & clean. I forgot some luggage & it was sent back to me quickly. My only issue was with parking. I wasn’t aware that parking wasn’t included in our accommodations. The elevators were out of order( I understand that can’t be helped), but paying 22$ a night to climb stairs with luggage was inconvenient. Otherwise, pleased.

Check in was a breeze and the desk attendant was very helpful. We enjoy 8UP for pre show dinner and drinks. If planning a night out at Mercury Ballroom or Louisville Palace; it is very convenient and affordable.
