This is a 1 bedroom + 1 loft bed and 1 bath with a 43 inch smart tv and a kitchenette.

One pet is allowed. Pet fee is $40 and pet must be 20 pounds or lighter and kept off furniture and crated when no one is in the unit. Must clean up after pet.This must be paid in a separate transaction prior to stay. Must not be prone to barking or disturbing other guests.
